SZL Series Coal-fired Steam Boiler

I. Overview

The SZL series boilers are horizontal double-drum longitudinal chain grate steam and hot water boilers designed by our technical team based on advanced technology and experience from both domestic and foreign sources. This series of products has reached the international advanced level in terms of technology, performance, and environmental indicators, making them a leading product in the boiler industry.

II. Product Introduction

1. The boiler adopts a quick-assembly or assembled structure. The 2~4t/h model adopts a quick-assembly water tube structure, which is fully assembled in the factory before delivery. The 6~25t/h model consists of two major components: the upper part is the heating surface of the boiler body, and the lower part is the combustion equipment.

2. The front end of the boiler body is equipped with water-cooled walls arranged around it. The upper part is connected to the drum, and the lower part is connected to the header to form a combustion chamber, which absorbs the radiation heat from the furnace. The back end is equipped with a dense bundle of convection tubes between the upper and lower drums. The high-temperature flue gas after combustion passes through a secondary return and laterally washes the convective heating surface before being directed to a separately arranged economizer. Finally, it enters the dust collector and is discharged through the chimney.

3. The 20t/h assembled water tube boiler consists of a front furnace, rear furnace, convective tube bundle, economizer, and chain grate, which are assembled into a complete unit before delivery.

4. This boiler incorporates the advantages of a quick-assembly boiler, featuring a compact structure, single-layer boiler room layout, convenient on-site installation, short installation period, low cost, and easy operation.

5. This series of steam boilers is suitable for industrial and domestic steam use, while the corresponding capacity hot water boilers are suitable for industrial and residential heating.
