1. Large-diameter Combustion Chamber

The internal and external spiral coils of the furnace are made of multi-head, small-diameter steel pipes, which have good thermal expansion performance, low stress, and are safe and reliable.

The flue gas passes through three returns, and the medium flows through the inner and outer coils at a uniform speed, ensuring safe and stable operation.

4. Adequate Output

The heating surface is reasonably arranged with a large area, good heat transfer effect, high efficiency, stable and adequate output.

5. Multi-functional Safety and Explosion-proof Device

An explosion-proof device connected to the furnace is equipped at the tail of the furnace body, which releases the high energy generated instantly when the fuel explodes violently in the furnace. It can automatically reset and also serves as a fire observation mirror and maintenance access, facilitating the adjustment of the combustion flame during operation and the inspection and maintenance of the furnace.

6. Unique Smoke Box Seal

The furnace cover adopts an integral structure with a multi-level labyrinth seal. The sealing process and materials are specially made, with good compressibility, completely isolating the leakage of smoke and gas, and can be reused.

7. Perfect Automatic Control Measures

The outlet oil temperature control is precise, and there are multiple control protections for medium temperature, pressure and excessive smoke temperature to ensure safe and reliable operation.

8. Advanced Automatic Control Level

The boiler controller adopts Siemens/Delixi electrical components with reliable performance. The controller has three forms: ordinary type, Chinese and English menu type with LCD display, and touch screen type with human-computer interaction remote control. The standard configuration is the ordinary type.
