Condensing pressurized hot water boiler for fuel (oil) gas
Collect
DETAILS
The design, manufacturing, and supervision inspection of the boiler are strictly carried out according to the "Safety Inspection Regulations for Steam Boilers", JB/T 10094-2002 "General Technical Conditions for Industrial Boilers", JB/T 1619-2002 "Manufacturing Technical Conditions for Shell Boiler Bodies", and corresponding boiler standards of the destination country to ensure the long-term safe and stable operation of the boiler. The body of the boiler adopts a wet-back, downstream three-pass flue gas tube structure, with a fully stretched flame burning under slightly positive pressure in the large combustion chamber, resulting in low combustion heat load and reduced emissions of harmful NOx. The rational layout effectively prevents the formation of water scale and facilitates heat transfer on the water side, making inspection and maintenance easier. The adoption of a wet-back structure significantly reduces the temperature of the rear smoke box, eliminating the need for frequent maintenance during operation. With a large water volume design, the boiler is insensitive to load fluctuations and suitable for users with a wide range of load variations. The appearance of the boiler is carefully designed by professional engineers, which is novel and unique while maintaining coordination with the surrounding environment. The exhaust gas duct can be equipped with a condensing heat exchanger to absorb the latent heat of condensation from the water vapor in the condensing exhaust gas, thereby greatly improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
