The full wet-back combustion chamber is connected to the back tube plate with a flanged edge. The boiler is 100% fully welded with the lowest stress, ensuring more reliable quality.

2. Large Diameter Corrugated Furnace

The boiler combustion chamber consists of a large-diameter fully corrugated furnace, providing a large combustion space for complete fuel combustion. It effectively absorbs thermal expansion, has a large radiant heating surface, and effectively reduces nitrogen oxide emissions, which can effectively reach within the prescribed emission range.

3. Adequate Heat

The boiler's heating surface area is designed and configured to be ≥25㎡/steam ton, fully absorbing effective heat, resulting in a low exhaust gas temperature and minimal heat loss, ensuring sufficient output and high efficiency.

The large diameter of the boiler shell and large water capacity provide strong adaptability to load changes and stable output. The large steam space volume and sufficient distance between the steam-water interface and the steam outlet result in low steam humidity.

The boiler's combustion chamber is arranged at a low position, and the water level determination complies with national regulations. Strictly following the international general specification standards for water level fluctuation time requirements, it has sufficient safe dewatering space to ensure the safe operation of the boiler.

6. Multi-functional Safety Explosion-proof Device

The back panel of the boiler is equipped with an explosion-proof device connected to the furnace to prevent fuel from exploding violently in the furnace. It can release the high energy generated instantly, automatically reset, and has the functions of a fire observation window and maintenance access, facilitating the adjustment of the combustion flame during operation and easy furnace inspection and maintenance.

7. Convenient Inspection Inside the Boiler

There is a manhole on the top of the boiler, and unique handhole devices are set at the middle and lower parts of the front and rear ends of the boiler, facilitating the inspection and cleaning of the boiler internals and the bottom of the boiler.

8. Unique Front and Rear Smoke Box Sealing

The smoke box adopts a double-opening smoke box door, which is easy to open. The multi-level labyrinth seal and specially made sealing material have good compressibility, completely blocking the leakage of smoke and are reusable.

9. Reliable Pressure and Water Level Protection

The boiler's pressure and water level are equipped with multiple control protections and over-temperature protection to ensure the safe operation of the boiler.

10. Advanced Automatic Control Level

The boiler controller adopts Siemens/Delixi electrical components with reliable performance. The controller comes in three forms: ordinary type, LCD display with Chinese and English menu type, and touch screen type for human-computer interaction and remote control.
