The biomass/natural gas/light oil multi-fuel boiler is a high-tech product developed by our company independently over several years, drawing on the successful experiences of developed countries. It is highly efficient, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly. This product adopts a brand-new fully wet-back boiler body, equipped with an efficient biomass burner, resulting in a high burnout rate and energy efficiency. Due to the sulfur-free, low-ash content of biomass fuel and the special nature of photosynthesis during its growth process, its CO2 emissions are zero. Coupled with a high-efficiency bag filter, it can achieve a high level of cleanliness and environmental protection. This boiler caters to China's urgent energy conservation and emission reduction situation and policy orientation. It is an upgraded product of traditional high-pollution and high-energy-consuming coal-fired boilers, and an ideal alternative to oil and gas boilers. Technical Features: ◆ Dual-fuel combustion: • Due to its unique optimized design, this boiler can achieve multi-fuel combustion; during normal operation, it can use either biomass fuel, natural gas, light oil, or heavy oil. ◆ High efficiency and energy saving, with a thermal efficiency of over 90%: • Because the boiler operates in a fully enclosed environment, the excess air in the furnace is reduced; since the entire system operation is automatically monitored and operating parameters are automatically adjusted to optimal values at any time, the fuel combustion is always in optimal operating condition. The fuel burns completely and fully, with a combustion efficiency of over 98%; • Due to the automatic control of the system operation, human factors that interfere with the boiler's operating efficiency are effectively reduced, resulting in an actual operating thermal efficiency of over 90%. • The operating cost is 29% of an oil-fired boiler, 60% of a gas-fired boiler, and 20% of an electric heating boiler; ◆ Clean emissions: • Zero emissions: Burning biomass fuel generates carbon dioxide that is offset by the carbon dioxide required for biological growth, resulting in zero emissions; the high-temperature combustion chamber allows the fuel to burn fully, with no emissions of tar, carbon monoxide, or other combustible gases, resulting in zero total emissions. • Low NOx emissions: The boiler burner adopts a low-temperature air staged combustion design, which ensures a uniform temperature field inside the furnace and avoids local high temperatures, thereby effectively reducing the generation of NOx during the fuel combustion process. • The dust emission is close to zero: The flue gas emitted from the boiler undergoes efficient dust removal through a bag filter, achieving clean emissions; the dust collected from the boiler and bag filter is discharged into a dust storage facility through a dust purification system for centralized treatment and utilization, without secondary pollution. ◆ Intelligent monitoring and fully automatic operation: • A fully automatic computer intelligent monitoring system is adopted to achieve fully automatic intelligent control and adjustment of the boiler operation system from ignition, shutdown, and normal operation. ◆ Frequency conversion continuous water supply function: ◆ Fully automatic "safety" protection: • During boiler operation, various parameters are continuously and automatically collected. At the same time, various fault alarms and fully automatic safety interlock protection devices are set. ◆ Centralized fuel supply: • The fuel is uniformly supplied by the company, which can effectively ensure stable fuel quality; compared with ordinary chain boilers, it can eliminate scattered coal yards and reduce ground pollution. ◆ Excellent working environment: • The processing, transportation, and combustion of fuel are all fully enclosed and professional operations. Fuel transportation and centralized ash removal are all fully enclosed automatic pneumatic conveying, without any dust emission. ◆ Land saving: • The design of the boiler room eliminates the need for coal yards and slag yards, effectively saving land and investment. ◆ Short investment recovery time: • Compared with oil-fired, gas-fired, and electric heating boilers, the operating costs are low, allowing for a quicker return on equipment investment.
