The new SZS series gas steam boiler is a new type of gas boiler jointly developed by our company and Xi'an Jiaotong University. Based on the mature technology of domestic SZS gas boilers, this boiler model adopts the national invention patent of Xi'an Jiaotong University - the optimal design software for oil and gas boilers. ◆Product Introduction:

The SZS series oil and gas boiler is a double-drum longitudinal "D" type layout fast-assembly water tube boiler. It consists of upper and lower drums, membrane water walls, convection tube bundles, and a flue gas condensation recovery device. After the fuel is burned in the furnace, the flue gas is discharged into the chimney through the convection tube bundles and the flue gas condensation recovery device. This type of boiler achieves the advantages of sufficient combustion, pollution-free emissions, convenient operation, and easy installation. The boiler has high thermal efficiency, high output, strong load adaptability, high degree of automation, convenient operation, safe and reliable operation. ◆Product Structure:

  1. Three-pass structure: Adopting the internationally popular three-pass, fully wet back structure of the boiler shell, and the large-volume design of the combustion chamber, the combustion is more sufficient. The fuel is burned under slight positive pressure in the furnace, and the high-temperature flue gas passes through the furnace and turns 180° into the first flue tube bundle through the return chamber, then turns 180° into the second tube bundle through the oppressive front smoke box, and is discharged into the atmosphere after convective heat exchange.

  2. Corrugated furnace: The combustion chamber adopts a full corrugated furnace structure, which not only strengthens the disturbance of the flue gas but also increases the radiation heat transfer area; it not only increases the rigidity of the furnace but also effectively reduces the expansion stress of the furnace; it not only enhances the heat transfer effect but also promotes the combustion of fuel in the furnace.

  3. Unique welding process between smoke pipes and tube plates: Adopting the advanced process of pre-expansion, full welding, and then expansion, which not only prevents crevice corrosion between pipes but also enhances welding strength; adopting threaded smoke pipes with high heat transfer coefficient to strengthen convective heat transfer effect, reduce exhaust gas temperature and improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler.

  4. Symmetrical hinged front and rear smoke doors: easy to open, convenient for maintenance and cleaning.
