Qianlong.com, Beijing, November 22 - Recently, the Environmental Protection Bureau of Haidian District, Beijing released an administrative penalty notice (No. 2017-516), stating that Beijing Dongfang Hongrun Property Service Co., Ltd. has been fined RMB 100,000 for violating the Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China.
According to the administrative penalty decision No. 2017-516, the Environmental Protection Bureau of Haidian District, Beijing inspected the gas direct-fired heater in the boiler room of Huanyu Building, No. 28 Zhongguancun Software Park, No. 8 Dongbeiwang West Road, Haidian District, Beijing, which belongs to Beijing Dongfang Hongrun Property Service Co., Ltd. on September 7, 2017, and entrusted the Monitoring Station of the Environmental Protection Bureau of Haidian District, Beijing to test the flue gas emitted by the No. 4 gas direct-fired heater. According to the test report numbered QQ-170907-W01 issued on September 7, 2017, the emission concentration of nitrogen oxides in the flue gas of the No. 4 gas direct-fired heater was 115mg/m3, exceeding the nitrogen oxide limit (80mg/m3) in the highly polluted fuel combustion prohibition zone among the emission limits for atmospheric pollutants from boilers stipulated in the Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Boilers (DB11/139-2015) in Beijing, and the excess emission limit was 0.4 times. The above behavior violated Article 18 of the Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China.
In accordance with Article 99 (2) of the Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China, the Environmental Protection Bureau of Haidian District, Beijing ordered Beijing Dongfang Hongrun Property Service Co., Ltd. to make corrections and imposed a fine of RMB 100,000.
