Boiler maintenance:
During the operation of gas-fired boilers, please pay attention to the following points:
(1) Positive pressure combustion or smoke emission from the furnace of the gas boiler is not allowed, as it may easily burn out the coal feeding hole cover.
(2) Water should not accumulate on the ground plane at the bottom of the gas boiler to prevent moisture corrosion.
The gas boiler should be inspected every 2-3 weeks during operation.
After every 3-6 months of gas boiler operation, the boiler should be shut down for comprehensive inspection and maintenance.
(1) Inspect the inside and outside of the gas boiler, such as the welds of the pressurized parts, and check for corrosion on the inside and outside of the steel plate. If serious defects are found, they should be repaired in a timely manner. If the defects are not serious, they can be repaired during the next shutdown. If anything suspicious is found, but it does not affect safety production, records should be made for future reference.
(2) After inspection, boiler primer can be applied to the water surface to prevent corrosion.
The gas boiler and its base should be painted at least once a year.
There are two maintenance methods for gas boilers that are not used for a long time: dry method and wet method. If the boiler is shut down for more than one month, the dry maintenance method should be adopted, and if it is shut down for less than one month, the wet maintenance method can be adopted.
