Features of the through-flow boiler:

1. It adopts a vertical layout, the boiler structure is compact, occupies a small area, and has simple requirements for the boiler room.

2. The pressure rises quickly, and the boiler startup time is short. At room temperature, steam can be generated in 3-5 minutes. Fast steam generation and short preheating time can effectively reduce operating costs. Traditional WNS structured methanol-based boilers take about 30-40 minutes from room temperature to steam generation. Under normal operating conditions, the boiler starts once a day, saving about 30 minutes of fuel consumption per start.

3. Easy installation; the entire boiler is assembled, debugged, and fully equipped in the factory. After the boiler is installed in place, it can be put into operation simply by connecting water, electricity, oil, gas, and sewage pipelines.

4. The full-tube sheet structure ensures that boiler explosions will never occur, providing excellent safety performance. It is especially suitable for use in densely populated areas such as hospitals, schools, and residential communities, with no safety hazards.

5. The boiler body is welded by upper and lower headers, straight water pipes, and flat steel. The fireproof material is filled at the welding point between the pipe ends and the tube sheet. This structure effectively solves problems such as furnace sealing, overlapping of thermal influence zones, and stress concentration.

6. It has a special W-shaped flue gas process, where the flue gas flows at high speed outside the water pipe and scours horizontally, resulting in strong convective heat transfer and a high heat transfer coefficient.

7. Water is supplied to the lower header and then evenly distributed to the water pipes. The boiler water circulation is fast, the water capacity is relatively small, and the boiler starts and stops quickly. At the same time, a unique two-stage steam-water separation device inside and outside the boiler is designed to ensure good steam quality. Combined with a perfect water level control alarm and pressure control system, the boiler operation is safe and reliable.

8. Lightweight and efficient noise-absorbing insulation materials are used: the insulation adopts a 50mm silica aluminum board, which is lightweight, has good insulation effect, and low heat dissipation loss; the outer packaging adopts matte stainless steel plate, which is beautiful and generous.

9. Electronic control system: Adopting intelligent control and reserving PLC control ports with a high degree of automation. The control system has the functions of combustion self-control, water supply pump self-control, fan self-control, and gas solenoid valve self-control. It also has safety protection functions such as low water level failure, extremely high pressure failure, flameout failure, air pressure failure, air door opening failure, air door closing failure, and air door shutdown failure. The computer (PLC) also automatically records various data parameters and alarm parameters, which can be recorded, counted, and managed through the touch screen.

10. Adopting a full Chinese liquid crystal controller, dynamic graphical work status display, fully automatic control system, simple operation, no need for special personnel to be on duty.

11. The all-round temperature display function makes it easier to grasp the operating status of the boiler and the system.

12. Unique pulse water level detection circuit structure, reliable performance.

13. Burner: Adopt original imported burner, matched with internationally renowned brands and electronic control systems, with program control, automatic switching between large and small fires, automatic ignition, automatic purging of the furnace chamber before ignition, and equipped with a complete leak detection system.
