I. Structural Introduction:

The WNS-type gas boiler is a horizontal, quick-assembly, internal combustion, three-pass fire-tube boiler. It adopts an offset furnace and wet-back structure, where high-temperature flue gas washes the second and third pass smoke tubes sequentially, and then exits through the rear smoke chamber and chimney into the atmosphere. The boiler is equipped with removable front and rear smoke box covers for easy maintenance. The boiler is configured with a well-performing burner, featuring automatic proportional combustion control, automatic water feed adjustment, programmed start/stop, fully automatic operation, and other advanced technologies. It also has automatic protection functions such as high and low water level alarms, extremely low water level, ultra-high steam pressure, and flameout protection. This type of boiler is characterized by its compact structure, safety, reliability, ease of operation, rapid installation, low pollution, low noise, and high efficiency.

II. Control System Description:

The gas boiler employs a fully automatic burner with good technical performance as the primary combustion equipment. The burner's combustion program is controlled by an advanced combustion program controller, enabling various functions necessary for normal boiler combustion. It can automatically implement protective shutdown in normal, accident, and emergency situations. Coupled with corresponding water level controllers and pressure regulators, it achieves high and low water level indication, overpressure indication and adjustment, ensuring that the water level fluctuates within a normal range and the steam pressure is within the allowable pressure fluctuation range. It also realizes protective stop indication when the water level is extremely low or overpressure occurs.

1. Basic Operations:

• Connect the power supply, press the "Start" button, the controller turns on, the buzzer sounds, and the digital display window shows the steam pressure.

• Press the "Start" button, the running indicator light comes on, and the controller operates according to the selected control requirements.

• Press the "Stop" button, the running indicator light goes off, and the controller stops running.

2. Setting Operations:

Press the "Set" button, the setting indicator light comes on, indicating that it has entered the setting state. At the same time, the set value indicator light comes on, and modifications can be made by pressing the "+" and "-" buttons.

3. Main Control Parameters:

• Pressure Control: Adjust pressure regulators at specified pressures for proper operation.

• Water Level Control: Set water level controllers and electrodes for high, low, and extremely low water level alarms and protections.

• Ignition Control: The combustion program controller provides independent start/stop control contacts compatible with various burners.

4. Alarm Signal Status: Includes indicators for high/low water level, extremely low water level, overpressure, and burner failure.

5. Indicator Status: Displays the status of various systems and components, such as water pump operation, high/low water level, and burner status.

6. System Control Principles: Describes the step-by-step process of the boiler system from startup to normal operation, including water level and pressure controls.

7. Alarm Protection: The controller continuously monitors pressure sensors, water level electrodes, and its own circuitry, sounding an alarm and shutting down the boiler for protection if issues are detected.

III. Product Delivery Overview:

The boiler is delivered as a complete unit, including the burner, automatic control console, water pump, valves, instruments, and smoke duct connections, either as specified in the drawings or according to contract specifications. Two copies of random technical documents are provided according to the technical document list attached to the delivery.

IV. Boiler Installation Instructions:
Detailed steps for boiler installation are provided, including preparation, lifting of the boiler and auxiliary equipment, installation of the boiler host and auxiliary equipment, and final checks and adjustments. Installation should be carried out by qualified personnel following safety regulations and manufacturer's instructions.
